To take advantage of this offer you will need to sign our documentation agreeing to pay our annual mooring fee to us on the date that your existing mooring fee (at your current Marina) expires or from the 31^st March 2014, whichever the earlier “The Mooring Fee Date”. This payment will be based on our published 2014 mooring fee rates (as an example £333 per meter x LOA for a single hull vessel) and charged on a pro-rata basis from “The Mooring Fee date” to the 31^st December 2014.

The “Commencement Date” will be on or after the 1^st September 2013 and before the 31^st March 2014 and will be the date during this period that your vessel either entered Shotley Marina or the date that you last paid visitor mooring fees to, whichever the later.

In the event that you fail to pay this amount on the due date then we reserve the right to cancel this offer/agreement and to charge mooring fees for your vessel at our published daily rate from the “Commencement Date” and to demand immediate payment thereof.

For the sake of clarity this offer is only open to customers that have already paid an annual mooring fee for a period where the end date is  between 1^st September 2013 to 31^st March 2014

These Terms and conditions do not apply to the two nights free berthing offer.

All other terms and conditions will remain in full force.

Conditions relating to 2 Free Nights Card

The card must be presented to Reception to receive your free nights.

In the event that you receive more than one card, only one card per boat will be accepted.

Please note electricity is not covered in the free 2 nights offer.
