Well its been a pretty dull old day here in the harbour. The mist/fog has hardly lifted all the time. Harwich and Felixstowe have been barely visible. Things should begin to warm up a bit more next week. Our resident fishing boat the Yvonne Ann has returned from her winter refit upriver on the Orwell and Christian’s Harwich Harbour Ferry Service is back and running along with his seal trips. Finally our first returning swallow has been spotted on the railings of the inner lock gates.
